Sol PBC can't be sold, merged, acquired, or reorganized.
Sol PBC will never sell, license, or trade user personal data for any form of compensation. Period.
These commitments can't be changed without Jer's personal, written consent. That consent can't be delegated. After his organic stewardship, the only path is his digital stewardship.
